Super appartement très bien situé sur Hollywood boulevard. Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et bien décoré. Petite cour centrale très sympa avec des bancs et très calme, rooftop avec vue sur le signe Hollywood et downtown LA. Garage pratique si voiture louée et à côté d'une station service. Calme mais attention une caserne de pompiers à côté donc souvent du bruit des camions et à proximité de l'autoroute

I became manager here mid August, 2016. I have met some of the best people living here and continue to meet wonderful people looking to rent here. The apartment is gorgeous, fully upgraded and I love our incredible rooftop view. The location is amazing too! Everything I need is a short walk away. I couldn't ask for a better job and neighbors.
I have lived in Hollywood View Towers for 8 months now and absolutely love it! The location is ideal as it is about ten minutes away from Downtown (without traffic), Studio City and walkable to Franklin Village and a lot of neat restaurants nearby. The apartments have a nice lay out, plenty of space with a nice rooftop terrace with great views. Management is awesome!! I moved here from out of state and management was extremely detail oriented with information, accommodating, and extremely accessible. Also, very on top of it if there are ever any issues! I highly recommend HVT!
I love my new apartment it has all the upgrades I was searching for such as granite countertops, wood floors, crown molding, upgraded fixtures, and great patio space. The property is so quite and well kept. I love being only a few blocks away from all the action on Hollywood and Highland yet far enough away to avoid the traffic. The bedrooms are also much bigger than what you normally get in the city which was important to me because I have really big bedroom furniture and I was having a hard time finding big bedrooms in the city. I would recommend to anyone looking.
